Receive Files with the Browser

To download the files with the browser:

  1. Paste the link that was sent by the sender.
  2. If the sent files required a password, then a password window will display. Type the password and click the SUBMIT button. If no password was set then the file download view will be displayed.
  3. Files can be received in three ways:
    1. Individually. Click the DOWNLOAD button displayed against each file to download it.
    2. DOWNLOAD ALL AS ZIP: All files can be downloaded as a single zip(archive) file by using this method.
    3. DOWNLOAD WITH PORTABLE APP. Click to learn more about this option.

Browser based file download does not support auto-resume. If there is a network interruption, then files have to be downloaded from start. For very large files, over 5 GB, and when there is a risk of loss of connectivity, it is recommended to download files using the portable app. The portable app has capability to auto-resume interrupted transfers.
